2025 marked a transformative year for Morula Health, one defined by meaningful growth, strengthened partnerships, and the continued delivery of high‑quality clinical and regulatory writing. As we expanded our team, broadened our project portfolio, and deepened our global client relationships, we also took an important strategic step: welcoming Josée Leach as our new Head of Marketing & Communications to support our next phase of growth.

A Year of Meaningful Growth

Throughout 2025, Morula Health continued to build its reputation as as a trusted clinical and regulatory writing service provider. With over 40 projects delivered, 20+ clients supported, and 10+ therapeutic areas covered, we remained committed to excellence, agility, and scientific integrity.

Our work spanned clients across the US, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain, reflecting both the geographic reach of our partnerships and the trust placed in us to support high‑stakes, time‑sensitive programs.

Our team of expert medical writers grew steadily, enhancing our ability to support complex, multi‑program clinical and regulatory portfolios while maintaining rigorous scientific and compliance standards.

Delivering Impact Across the Drug Development Lifecycle

In 2025, we supported biotech and life science organizations across the full clinical development continuum - from early‑stage research to late‑stage regulatory submissions.

Highlights included:

  • Multiple IND applications for oncology‑focused biotech organizations

  • Complex Phase 3 protocols and rapid‑turnaround protocol amendments

  • Regulatory writing including pre‑IND briefing packages, DSURs, and IB updates

  • Continued expansion of FSP partnerships, managing full suites of clinical and regulatory documents

  • CSRs, protocols, and IBs for not‑for‑profit organizations

  • Published manuscripts in leading journals including the Lancet

These projects demonstrate not only the breadth of our capabilities but also the confidence our partners place in us to deliver critical, time‑sensitive clinical and medical documentation

Therapeutic Area Expertise

Our 2025 portfolio spanned a wide range of therapeutic areas, including:

  • Solid tumor oncology

  • Rare diseases

  • Infectious diseases & AMR

  • Neurology

  • Hematology–oncology

  • Respiratory & immunology

  • Radiopharmaceuticals

  • Metabolic disorders & endocrinology

This diversity reflects our team’s extensive scientific experience and ability to support both emerging and established therapeutic modalities.

Engaging With the Global Medical Writing Community

Staying at the forefront of evolving scientific and regulatory expectations is essential to our mission. In 2025, the Morula Health team participated in key industry conferences, including EMWA, AMWA, and ESMO, valuable opportunities to strengthen our network and stay aligned with the latest developments shaping our industry.

Strengthening Our Strategic Direction: Welcoming Josée Leach

A major highlight of the year was the appointment of Josée Leach as Morula Health’s Head of Marketing & Communications.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications within the life sciences and SaaS sectors, including senior roles at Ashfield Healthcare (now Inizio), SGS Health Sciences, and Catalent Pharma Solutions, Josée brings deep expertise in translating complex scientific content into clear, compelling messaging.

Her appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening our brand, improving client engagement, and elevating how we communicate our value proposition globally.

As we scale our operations to meet the dynamic needs of our clients, it is essential that our communications strategy remains as robust and precise as the medical writing services we provide."
